Amidst the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, Poswise/CloudHQ4 is committed to providing our customers with the uninterrupted support they need during this unprecedented public health emergency.
We have been closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organisation, Australia's Chief Medical Officer and our Federal and State Governments to ensure we have the most up-to-date information for our teams, and so that we can apply a best practice approach, where possible.
All Poswise/CloudHQ4 staff have been trained and provided with equipment to work remotely at any time. All methods of communication (phones, issue tickets, emails etc), monitoring systems and access to our infrastructure have been tested remotely.
Poswise/CloudHQ4 staff have commenced working remotely to minimise the risk of staff unavailability and we will be working and providing full support to our customers.
We have been in contact with all of our key suppliers to ensure that they have their own processes in place. Aside from minor delays on overseas equipment orders, we do not foresee any impact on the horizon at this stage.
